1. Professional Services
AdiKumbh Studio provides technical consulting and UI architecture services. All project timelines and deliverables are subject to the specific Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed at the start of an engagement.
2. Artisan Crafts & Products
Our products are handcrafted items. Due to the nature of materials like resin and stone textures, minor variations in color, bubble patterns, and finish are expected and celebrated as part of the unique artistic process. These are not considered defects.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, logos, and product photography, is the property of AdiKumbh Studio. Unauthorized reproduction of our artisan designs or technical branding is prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for technical perfection (targeting 99+ Lighthouse scores), AdiKumbh Studio is not liable for third-party hosting failures or external browser updates that may impact performance after project delivery.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
